The idea of Technical Sessions & Workshops is that it makes the public aware and up to date about the technology & tools (since it is Free and Open to all) and find out the problems with the current Centralised, Monopolic, Closed source model and lay down the struggle towards it as Hactivists . FSFTN makes policy level interventions often when the law, scheme, order shows itself to be a threat to individual privacy, leads to surveillance, data theft, Monopoly & Surveillance Capitalism, etc. When it comes to people during difficult times, we as an organization step inside and work.
